1.课程目的和任务:

微生物学是生物技术专业一门重要的专业基础课,在生物技术专业学生的知识结构中起着承前启后的重要作用,其主要学习内容是微生物形态学、生理学、遗传学和生态学等4方面的知识和内容。通过微生物学的学习,学生应能够准确描述各类群微生物的主要特征,能够准确识别常见微生物类群,能够准确描述药用植物内部构造特征,并能准确识别重要内部构造类型;认识微生物在生理代谢上主要特点,以控制有害微生物、利用有益微生物,掌握微生物在遗传进化机制上的主要特征,了解微生物在生态环境中的重要地位和作用,为相关学科的学习奠定基础。

2.课程的基本要求:

通过本课程的学习要求学生掌握微生物的基本特性、形态和构造、微生物的营养和培养基、代谢和发酵、微生物的生长及其控制、微生物的生态、传染与免疫、以及微生物的分类鉴定等基本理论和基础知识。由于微生物学是一门实践性很强的学科,要求学生在学习课程的同时,学习掌握本学科的实验操作基本技能。
