微生物学考试题大纲

 

一. 大纲原则及简述:

微生物学是生物技术专业的一门重要的专业基础课,课程着重阐述微生物的五大共性、形态和构造、微生物的遗传特性、生物的营养和培养基、微生物的生长及其控制、微生物的生态等基本原理,基本理论和基础知识。由于微生物学是一门实践性很强的学科,要求学生在学习课程的同时,学习掌握本学科的实验操作基本技能。考试是教学过程中必不可少的重要环节,为保证教学质量检查的一致性,特制定本考试大纲,以规范试题的结构及水平。

每份试卷的总分为100分,每学期期末形成两份,一份做为正式的期末考试卷,一份为补考卷。
